As a child I was apparently a jackass...

Posted by Wsl-boy Sep. 15, 2008 @ 7:24 PM EDT

So anyway, I'm currently contemplating whether it's even worth posting this on newgrounds, seeing as I'm neither an animator, musician, or avid poster on the forums. I'm just a guy who watches videos and plays games and randomly votes his opinions on flashes, normally very bias toward my favorite animators, but I rarely comment. This was sadly not so back when I was younger. I am what on the interwebs they'd call a n00b (the zero's implying I was a major dick}, but I'm sure all three *crazy ball park estimate* of you reading this already knew this. Around the age of 12 or so I guess, a friend of mine *not one of the greatest role models* told me of a site called newgrounds, telling me enthralling tales and promises of boobs and funny stuff, both true, but when I went to the site I found much more. One of the first flashes I ever saw was Decline of Video gaming 2. This was the first time I had ever seen video games portrayed as joke material. It changed my life.

But back to the jackassery, I *for love of atheist god of me* decided to comment on the videos and games I played. As I child I could not spell, Also I had no understanding of how hard it is to animate flash and make it look good. * I do now, thanks to web design classes* So my posts went along the lines of this:

Subject: Stupid
This is stupid learn how to draw much better.

I had no experience, no understanding of feedback, or proper grammar. So I sincerely apologize for anyone I may of offended during my eighth grade year.

So hopefully I can now comment again without feeling really bad about all the crappy posts I made back then.

Sincerely
Me
